Says November 11 there, but Amazon keeps being hit or miss.  And the WW store tends to do seasonal ranges now rather than actual dates.  Guess it's to keep down on the fan bitching about something being late.

I CAN'T wait for it.

I'm mostly intrigued by Auspice Aspects and hoping they add another path for Werewolves to grow outside of Gifts and Pack Tactics.  A physical, visceral growth of their being that keeps them as terrors rather than plateauing in the violence department as they currently do.

I can't wait for Signs of the Moon either. I've just ordered Wolfsbane and have all the other nWoD Werewolf books.

I'm also looking forward to the Auspice Aspects but I'm sure whatever else they add into the book will be great.

Okay, now it's saying April 1, 2009.  Hmmm...

*looks over to shelf containing all released Werewolf books for nWoD.

I think someone is mistaken.

In order to download the .pdf, you'll need a tachyon signal converter.  I think newegg might have one as a recertified item.

If you want to know when a book's coming, look to Amazon. Any date mentioned there is guaranteed to be 100% wrong, so you can eliminate future dates.

It doesn't tell you anything if it gives a date which has already passed though.

Eddy said sometime in November in another thread.  This was back when Signs had a July release date on Amazon and we were wondering when the book was actually coming out.

Yeah, I preordered it from Amazon back in July. I think I've got 11 or 12 November as the release date, so I might get it in December after it ships?

I've really been looking forward to this book so here's hoping...

Maybe in December. Not sure at this stage.

Everyone knows that every time you talk about it, the release date gets moved back a week right?

Interestingly, Amazon is now sending me emails saying they are not able to locate Signs of the Moon and are planning to cancel my pre-order by December (unless I respond and tell them to keep looking, which I will).  So Amazon, it would seem, has no idea when this book is coming out.  Which I think is the general consensus, but now they are admitting it openly.

I think I got that same email from Amazon, informing me of the later shipping date in December and telling me that unless I responded to their notification, the order would be cancelled. So I responded and approved the later shipping date. Hopefully it will actually be shipped then...

Just out of curiousity, is there any particular reason why Signs of the Moon is taking so long to release? Is there an issue with the printing, the marketing, the editing or some other logistical issue? My extremely limited understanding is that the actual writing was completed and it was advertised quite some time ago. Or is this more a case of Amazon jumping the gun and requesting pre-orders for a product that wasn't firmly on the release schedule?

My guess is it is Amazon side since this is not the first time this has happened. There are many examples I could list but a popular one for fantasy readers is the book "A Wise Man's Fear" by Patrick Rothfuss where they put the book up for preorder saying it would ship last April when the manuscript for the book isn't even complete yet as of today.
