We already have the book on paper here in south america... I buyed my from amazon, probaly the rpg stores did the same.

That was back then, it seems Amazon has not been able to restock it. I've ordered the book 15 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. Page says one to three weeks, by the way.

Don't know of any brick-and-mortar store in Sao Paulo (Brazil) that has it already.

I got mine two weeks ago from amazon. Hope that helps.

They send to me in the beggining of the month, the same case with the store here, in Rio.
