Hormone Therapy and Uratha

Would it be possible to use the Anybeast gift to shift gender? I'd nix using it as some form of disguise capability but how much more improbable is it to become a woman/man than a werewolf turning into a jaguar or other animal?

Why? rather then going to the trouble of drawing up a completely new gift list, it's easier, and probably better, to just allow a slightly alternative usage of the gift. it's not like we're suggesting using Anybeast to allow healing of agg damage. In terms of flavor, it's similar enough that i don't see a problem with it.

That's not slightly alternative.  The second and fourth gifts involve disguising an Uratha as another carnivore (no other choice of disguise, just species) and another human or Uratha, respectively.  And in the case of the latter, functional sex organs don't change.  As a four dot Gift, meant to emulate another human.  It actually seems out of the scope of the Gift list.

Now, if one were to make a different list based on Luna, that might have room.  But Mother Luna seems to just involve beast parts (specifically, wolf parts) onto human, and vice versa, and temporary disguises before turning you into a great big huge wolf that's itching to rip everything a new one in Kuruth.
