What does a promethean know at creation?

How can one know how to operate a car without knowing what an airplane is? What if you pick drive (aircraft) as a skill specialty?  ..So he would have no idea as to what he is doing but he can still drive a car flawlessly despite probably not knowing what it is or what it is supposed to do? (although with knowing the language I guess he should be able to categorize it as a "car") 

Residual muscle memory from the body "donors". Goes with the saying, "Once you learn, you can never forget how to ride a bike." A person with amnesia could technically forget what a car is, then instinctually go behind the wheel and drive fine. He'd just wonder where he learned how.

Regarding language; it would run through his head like this,

"That's a car"
"I don't know what a car is or does...but that is the name"
"My body reacts instinctually to putting on the 'seatbelt' upon entering the car after closing the 'door' and moving the 'mirrors' in a specific orientation"
"The 'keys' go inside here...etc.."

How can you understand basic concepts of social studies without knowing the value of money? Too much in social studies is based on money. Too much in social studies is based on money.

One can understand the concept of trading goods for services and such without knowing or understanding the value of money in it's current state. Though, I think this would be beyond a freshly Created since it's not instinctual knowledge..maybe it could be an aptitude however, meaning he's able to quickly grasp the concepts as the brain came from a financial advisor. His brain is hardwired to those specific thought patterns prior to death through repetition; so it would just be a matter of the Promethean "re-learning" how to access those connections. It would still feel knew, however it would come much easier to him when first exposed.

Same things goes with a police officer

It would have to be a hardwired fear of the iconic image of a police officer or authority figures in general (maybe the brain of a convicted criminal), for him to react, however the Created still wouldn't know what a Police Officer is. Especially in the case of imported parts, Brain's from Canada wouldn't immediately react to LAPD.
