1)When I steal cards from another player, does they come untapped, or they come just as they were before?

2) When exactly allys come out from uncontrolled region? and vampires created by embraces cards? Do they come in controlled region and can act or minions always come to uncontrolled region? and minions, who come by Possession, daemonic possession, call the great beast and other cards works about this? im confused.

They stay as they were, unless card text specifies otherwise.  Example: Graverobbing, the tapped status of the vampire doesn't change.  (Nothing specified on card text.)  Mind Rape, the vampire untaps when you borrow it, because card text says so.

From the rulebook, 6.1.5: "At the end of the turn, any allies that were placed in your uncontrolled region (to indicate that they cannot act) are moved to your ready region."  So, at the end of the turn.

Most created vampires go straight into the controlled region, such as with The Embrace or Third Tradition.  As they say "Put this card in play", they go into the normal, controlled play area, by default.

Web of Knives Recruit is an obvious exception, handled by card text.

Possession - just apply card text.  At inferior, the card moves to the uncontrolled region (and you could then influence it out, just as if it was in your uncontrolled region normally).  At superior, it goes to the ready region - controlled, not in torpor.

Daemonic Possession - just apply card text.  It tells you to move the card "to your ready region", so it goes into the ready area - controlled, not in torpor.

Call the Great Beast - when the vampire is created (when you have enough counters), the Beast vampire is put into the ready region.

In each case, one implication of the vampires going straight  to the ready region is that a Possessed/Daemonic Possessed/CtGB vampire can act immediately (assuming it's your turn, rather than this being done under Enkil Cog or something).

Agreed. The same applies to the following: If I have a Minion use the Abomination card (sacrificing a Werewolf Ally I control) then the new Abomination vampire is out, ready & CAN act the turn it comes out.
