1) Liquefy the Mortal Coil at sup states the following: [VIC] Play before range is determined in combat with a younger vampire. This vampire cannot strike this round. As his or her initial strike next round, this vampire may strike to diablerize the opposing younger vampire.
My question is: does thoughts betrayed at superior stop the opposing minion from playing this? What happens if im the acting and i played this is my first round and he played thoughts betrayed afterward or in the 2nd round will i be able to diablerize using the card's effects? Does it count as a strike card? I know the basic application is a strike card.  And also nothing prevents me from playing the basic and superior right?
2) The wording on Zhenga's abilities:
Laibon: When Zhenga announces a recruit action or employ action, she may burn X blood. If the action succeeds, she may recruit and employ up to X additional allies and retainers from your hand (pay cost as normal).
I know we discussed before the additional allies could be the same as the one she recruited bec it was technically an action right? But do all the allies she call using her ability are subject to Charisma's effects?would they all pay 1 less pool for the recruit?
Bec her wording still says its a recruit/employ thing.

No. LtMC at superior is not a strike card.

Yes, because they're not additional actions.

No. Charisma only affects actions' costs.
