Seeking players for a zombie apocalypse pbp game.

I'm looking for players for a game I would like to run at Gotexp

The game will take place during a full blown zombie apocalypse.  Focused on surviving in a world where everything wants to eat you, and full of action, horror, and violence.

Tier 1 only, I'd like the characters to all be regular joes.

Zombie games are always interesting. If I don't get a chance to play, I will at least lurk and check out the story. Do you know what 'type' of zombies you are going to use (Night of the Living Dead, House of the Dead, 26 Days Later)? What about the setting; Mall, Countryside, City, Farmhouse, or ect?

26 Days Later? Damn I must have been tired when I wrote that. I loved the Zombie Survival Guide. Those zombies always made the most 'realistic' zombies for me. Count me in.

Probably a dumb question but here goes...

I'd like to join, but i haven't got the Hunter book and have never played hunter.
But as you said that the characters are going to be regular Joes I thought that I'd ask if I can make it with just core rules for a mortal? If so I'm really interested.

It should be fine, the only thing you're missing out on is the unique way hunters use willpower, and tactics, other wise there's no difference between them and other mortals.

Go ahead and sign up, and I'll keep in mind that you don't have the book.  If there's anything you need to know we can fill you in along the way.

I'll probably watch. A couple of friends from my hometown want me to run a game that is going to be parallel with a tabletop game I have going on where I live. They're good players but I've personally never ran a post by post game. I will be learning much from you.
