Looking for Changeling type of music

I am looking to create a Changeling score for our game, I do have a version set with rock and pop songs but I am looking for Scores of sorts of Fae like music. Any help would be nice, I'm trying to get it as soon as I can. I do have an idea of Tangerine Dreams, but I am not sure what album(s) would be good.

Not to ramble too much but whatever help I can get would be nice.

The Legend soundtrack for Tangerine Dream is a good start.

I would say you could use Engima (pretty much any album) for faeries, especially the Spring Court.

Danny Elfman is good as well, especially for Autumn Court.

Vangelis is a good source for Summer Court music--Conquest of Paradise and Blade Runner are good stuff.

I'm digging Bear McCreary's Battlestar Galactica music lately.

Siouxsie and the Banshees did a song called "Raw Head and Bloody Bones" that I'm quite fond of.

I could be wrong, but I think the OP is looking for more orchestral or theatrical type music (I take this from the use of the word "score"). If not, many apologies, but I think there are one or two other threads about Changeling music in here somewhere that include popular music.

Yes I'm looking for a orchestral score, but my daughter and I ar eworking on making a souindtrack for even driven items. The way the two play lists are set up is one for general background stuff, maybe a song or two with spoken or sung words and the rest should be mostly musical.

The other, my daughters favorite, is the one based around regular type of music. I saw a video from a band call Poets of the Fall and I liked that, I will probally sample some of this other stuff as I have been buying mp3s off amazon recently. I am looking at a couple of enigma discs and a tangerine dream disc or two. After reading about the Jdegend disc I bought a variant copy off of Ebay last night for 6$ including tax so I am happy.

I likje all ideas because they show me how each person views  changeling and it might move my perception around. We just got off a 3yr long game of Mage and it's type for different. We tried CtL for a couple weeks before during a break and it went over will. I just want to build a long term game enjoyable to all.

I thought that the Red Planet had a pretty good score.  Though more appropriate for Summer and Spring, it is very.. magically operatic.  That sounds kind of strange, but you know what I mean.

Pan's Labyrinth has a great musical score, just like Hellboy 2.

Ravenous' music has some interesting things, and I recommend you hear it. Also, back a while, there used to be a soundtrack for the Call of Chtulhu RPG. It's pretty good, and I've been looking for it for a while.

I hadn't thought of Pan's Labyrinth and I may have to try and get the Cthulu soundtrack

Carnivale has a gypsy feel to it I like.
Chronicles of Riddick has an epic feel - great for Arcadia flashbacks.
"Sorceror" by Michael Sterns integrates lots of frogs and insect noises and makes them super creepy.
The Anastasia soundtrack has some good stuff in it. The movie version of "Once Upon a December" (not the terrible Leann Rhimes version) is very poignant for a Changeling trying to reclaim her life.
Mary Shelley's Frankenstein and Bram Stoker's Dracula soundtracks get a lot of play in my games.
Celtic Tale and Celtic Romance by Jeff and Mychael Danna have a good rural "old ways" feel to them.
The Music of "Vas" has a great feel and stays in the background nicely.

I've been using a Johnny Cash CD (American IV), and it gives a great mood in the game.

American McGee's Alice is good for both the Hedge and Memories of Arcadia.
Anything by the Cruxshadows usually is good for a sound that is both Ethereal and Cybernetic.
The Dresden Dolls and Amanda Palmer have been used in a bunch of my Changeling games for the both Dark and Whimsical stuff they have created.
A few of the Songs on Marilyn Manson's "Holy Wood" cd are also fitting for the mood of Changeling as well as For the Summer Court and Occasionally the Winter Court.
I also have used Jeffree Stars "Beauty Killer" cd for The Spring court and the Duchy of the Icebound Heart.

So I consider myself a master of music when it comes to roleplaying.  I've been using background ambiance for a few years, and nothing sets up the mood like a good song.  A song can do in 2 minutes what it may take a gm an hour to set up emotionally.  So for i think changeling music is pretty important.  I stay away from songs with words or anything like that. Have you looked at Loreena McKennitt?  She has several scores that should fit quite nicely with your request.  Most of them soft and dramatic, Alot with vocals, alot without;  50/50 Id say.  She has some 9 CDs out, should be able to find them on Youtube, or Limewire...
