Holden (or whoever it was that wrote this) what sort of lengths would you see Sidereals having to go to, to get the Greater Arts unlocked - and was this a nice back door route to getting the XP costs that you thought Sidereals should have had all along into canon?
Plot is the rice paper against which players test their goremauls.

Very few. World is ending. Maidens often do big things without explaining themselves.

And yeah, this unlocks their real XP table. Do so at soonest possible convenience if you're running a Sidereals game.

Joins in prayer at the altar.
Unfortunately, the best we had the opportunity to do was perform triage on the Deathlord Issue by way of firing gauze and surgical tools at it out of a bow from down the street. - Holden Shearer, about fixing the Deathlords' write up in GotMH

Don't leave John Mørke (hatewheel) out of the religious ceremonies, he wrote like a third of the stuff :p

TheDude is the one leading the prayers at Mørke's altar.

John's gonna get a lot of worship, but I'm pretty sure the Sidereal XP tables weren't him.

But for completeness's sake,

*Worships at the altar of Holden, Neph, John Mørke, Neall, Eddy, and Chambers.*
...
*And Eric Minton on general principals.*

It seems like everyone is missing the part where a "Rogue Vizier" could also pop that shit like a Cambell's Soup can. I instantly thought of the Sidereal mentioned in the Pinnacle charm for Infernal Monster punching something ominous looking in the depths of the Loom, and running off to Malfeas cackling.

You also forget the part where Akuma can't learn it being creatures of darkness and the fact that there's a good chance that beings that stupidly chose to mass use the charms will quickly fall by way of pattern spider bite.

So, are the new XP tables for Sids considered all the time or only when the Seals have been broken on the Loom?

Only when the Seals are broken, but that's just Holden giving you a plot excuse to put back the XP tables they should have had all along.

Note also that the Maidens' description says that they won't be able to put the Seals back once they're down.

Don't forget that you get the experience you payed on pre-activated sidereal and martial arts charms back.Well just the difference between the experience tables.

So for those of us without Glories, what exactly are the XP costs for after the Seals are broken (whatever that means)? The 1E costs or something else?
Neph describing the Ebon Dragon: It's just that he's the celebrity who secretly rapes his groupies, is all. That doesn't stop the flow of groupies.
