I have three questions that once again popped up during a game session last weekend:

1- Is there any Obfuscate, Presence, Dominate, Auspex or Master card or cards that prevent my prey from bouncing my bleeds?

2- If a vampire has only one blood left and performs an action that requires one blood, can this vampire play an action modifier card that costs one blood too? I mean, the blood from the action is taken from the vampire when the action is announced or just when (and if) the action is successful? And in the case of that being possible, what happends if the action is successful? It just fizzles with no effect?

3- When a player is ousted, his/her cards are burned or removed from the game?

Tks in advance!
I wouldn't call it living. I call it surviving...

Cards that prevent bouncing:
Perfect Clarity (Thaumaturgy) -- only stops Dominate bounce
Deed the Heart's Desire (Quietus) -- one minion
Fantasy World (Chimerstry) -- one minion
Mind of a Child (Dementation) -- one minion
Withering (Thanatosis) -- one minion

Cards that make bouncing more expensive to play:
Narrow Minds
Orb of Ulain

Cards that cancel bouncing:
Contingency Planning
Two Wrongs

Yes.

The latter.

Correct.

Rulebook, section 9:
If you are ousted, all the cards you control are removed from the game.

Wasn't there also some obfuscate card that cancels auspex bounce? Hide the Mind or something. And the presence action modifier Approximation of Loyalty can also cancel a bounce card.

There are also a handful of cards that can cancel a potential bounce card as it is played:

Approximation of Loyalty (Presence) - only against vampires with capacity 6 or less or allies, and no more modifiers afterward
False Resonance (Chimerstry) - can cancel an Auspex bounce
Hide the Mind (Obfuscate) - can cancel an Auspex bounce
Touch of Clarity (Obfuscate) - can cancel a Dominate bounce

Advanced Lucita (Lasombra) has a special that can cancel reaction cards played by vampires of capacity less than 6.
Khalu (Osebo) can also cancel a minion card played by your prey (even during your turn).

Other players can use Direct Intervention or Dark Influences to cancel your prey's bounce cards. (You can use them if bleeding out of turn with Madness Network or Enkil Cog).

Blood of Sandman (Thaumaturgy) can prevent a tapped minion from bouncing.

Kduva's Mask (Laibon) makes Auspex bounce more expensive.
Regarhagan's Hold can make a specific reaction card more expensive.

Blind Spot can prevent a single minion from playing reaction cards for the turn.
Unburdening the Bestial Soul (Obeah) and Will-o'-the-Wisp (Chimerstry) also work.

Terra Incognita (Laibon) can also cancel bouncing.

Revelations (Auspex), Precision (Celerity), and Shattering (Anarch - Chimerstry) can force your prey to discard bounce cards.

Also for Obfuscate, Spying Mission; it doesn't cancel the bounce but reduces the bleed to Zero (therefore you're not helping your Prey by bleeding their Prey) but additionally, you can cash it in later for +2 Bleed
To the brave go the spoils... and the blood

Yup for me its the best for obfuscate, you can even bargain with the new victim of your bleed "if you attempt to block me ill stealth it though, or you can allow it and wont get bled".  Later on,you can definitely cash it in especially if your prey has a lot of redirection/deflection.  Its flexibity for stealth as well makes it worthwhile, when im playing obf/bleed i usually pack 5 or 6 of these.

An interesting alternative to Spying Mission for Potence users is Tangle Atropos' Hand, at Potence.

Tangle Atropos' Hand:
Cost: 1 blood
Discipline: Temporis/Potence
Only usable when a minion is attempting to block.
[pot] Cancel the action and untap the acting minion. (The blocking minion is not tapped.)

If the intended bounce victim has a minion who can attempt a block, you can play Tangle to cancel the bleed.  The would-be blocker stays untapped (if they were untapped already i.e. they didn't use a wake), and you can attempt another action.

Note that because the action never reaches resolution, you can bleed again.  You'll have wasted any action modifiers or action cards you used, but that might be worthwhile for you - cycling, wasting a bounce etc.

LSJ confirms.
LSJ:
Tangle is played before resolution and cancels the action, so resolution is
never reached. That's why the minion can repeat the action.

An interesting option for 'responsible' stealth-bleed with the Lasombra, but potentially useful for any Potence user e.g. Euro-Brujah from Group 2 with Dominate, the Giovanni.

Also another note on tangle, is that a minion with no intercept can 'attempt to block' a bleed at x stealth. So if your using tangle you don't need to worry about adding stealth, just ask your grandprey to declare a block attempt with some chump with no chances of catching it.
