Does Glories of the Most High fix sidereal charms?
And are the fixes any good?

What Glories does is provide a quick fix for most nagging issues of the Sidereal Charmset. Many Charms could still use some polish, but the set has generally become much more workable and interacts much better with the 2e system.
All posts present my personal opinions, even if their tone suggests otherwise. Basically, presume I'm starting any post with "IMO".

They also get a very interesting way to get new Charms! And that is the legendary lost astrology - which are special Astrological Charms based on the Colleges that allow some really world-bending magic, but fuck up the Loom of Fate a lot (and gives a lot of Paradox, besides being 3-5 dot offenses if used without need). Better yet: They can invent more of these Charms!

The idea is that, according to Holden, an ST should arrange as soon as possible for the Maidens to break the seal on these Charms: with all the threats around, Sidereals need to be at their most powerful, after all (of course, that is just the excuse in game).

A side effect of breaking such a seal is that Sidereals get their "real" XP table, like it was in 1e, with 8/10 costs for TMA and CMA

Between these and the Charm patches, I'm finally gonna be able to add more sidereal emphasis in my games ^_^

Astrological charms go from Essence 4 to 10, and have no pre-requisite.
Yes, that means instant access to souped up high essence charms for those who want them.
Unfortunately, the best we had the opportunity to do was perform triage on the Deathlord Issue by way of firing gauze and surgical tools at it out of a bow from down the street. - Holden Shearer, about fixing the Deathlords' write up in GotMH

No prerequisite charms that is.  They do have College prerequisites.
