Geist looks great, it reminds me of Dead Like Me, but darker. So far, we have also Frankensteins, Fairies, Van Hellsings, Draculas, Harry Potters, and Wolfmen, and a smattering of others: Psychics, Mystics, Serial Killers with super powers, Mummies, demons, revenants, spirits, ghosts, what other monster movies are left?

Well, either there wasnt a preview, or like the people over at Atomic Array said there are some things that they were asked not to talk about.  The advert for the next line may very well be one of those things.

I dont own Antagonists, but from what I've heard there is at least a promethean type monster and they referenced hunters from there in one of the books that I read (not sure which one)

No, they meant things like Manifestations and Ceremonies, which, oddly, have been teased other places, but what the heck do I know.

I'll take a shot and say whatever we get will be a new property, since that seemed to be a priority with Geist. If it is a new property, we'll likely get just a name, depending on how cute they decide to get with ad. We might just get a quote or a puzzle like the ad for Hunter was.

At this point I'm beginning to wonder how long they really can keep going with a new mini-line every year.
The over-reliance upon the Gothic novel/Universal Monster/Hammer Film pastiche that has so far been the entirety of the NWoD would seem to be a limited resource.

Of course I really do want a "NOUN the VERBING" book detailing some semi-generic process for creating my own ideas based upon a predefined formula.
Maybe in time such a limited line of such books could be offered with a nice running concept inside showing the process as offered in action.
Its a dream I've pretty much wasted my time sharing here, but still, it is a dream of mine.

Usually there is about a ten year cycle for game companies in between editions. So if WW can make about 10 years worth of games lines, then they will probably be justified in revising the core and then we start the process over again.
