One other Idea I had was doing Anniversery Editions/Updates to the Classic WoD, (before you stone me hear me out). Taking Each CORE (and Core only) book and doing a One off Update to the setting and rules. By update I mean taking a Ultimates* approach  to it, a slick update with some new twists so that it's still V:tM (etc) without making it something totally different. Rules update using the current WoD core book and rules. (okay finished you can stone me now :p )

*Like the Marvel Comic

I could be about that. I think it'd a be neat idea..

Who knows?

2011 will be the 20th anniversary of the company's founding. Anniversary editions might be just the ticket to celebrate. :) I know the merger was late in the year but it will also be the 5th year anniversary of the merger with CCP. Sounds like a ripe opportunity to party no matter what. :) I could see them allowing 2010 to be a light year if they were planning to crank out some crazy stuff in 2011.

That is all 100% speculation though. I am no more an insider than anyone else here.

that's a long shot, isn't it? Like 0 in roulette...
Mummy was a game about divine agents that were returned from the dead.   Saints and Marytrs can be considered a form of mummy, and from there, its a small jump to angel.

it's a small jump after taking a couple of leaps of faith, but I'm not gonna argue, cause white wolf can be pretty surprising.

If you say so.   Both the old Mummies and new Purified are basically divine agents- its what separates them from the other undead (vamps, prommies, and geist).  Ex-mortal divine agents interacting with divine messenger spirits makes perfect sense to me.
