Living in the bible belt and seeing a steady stream of "can you top this" on church marquees, I'm guessing the prophecy/unforeseen circumstances sign is an intentional joke.

the German makes me laugh even more

It's been a couple of years since this happened but it still pisses me off:

I was in K-mart one evening and there were two women in line in behind us (my aunt and I). The pregnant one tells her friend that she'll go on ahead and wait in the car.

We eventually purchase our things and head for the car. As I'm putting the bags into the trunk I get a waft of cigarette smoke. I turn to look and I see the pregnant woman from earlier smoking!

Oh I wanted to throttle that woman for being such a fail-mother of epic proportions.

I still want to slap her around while screaming "You'll be lucky if asthma is the least of your kid's problems!"

some people are dumb.

IMO, the only fail here is down to the parents.

yeah, it's a win. Makes me want to move to Australia.

Doesnt it just.
Australia is a bit strict when it comes to having unemployed people in their country, and they want to produce and import as few as possible.
The system works, when its implemented properly.
