I recently made a new Scion character who used a 460 Casull with what appears to a Suppressor built into the mussle.
Normally it worked just as a suppressor does. Lessening the sound of the gun as it fired.
However, If the Scion spends a point of Legend, the suppress insteads becomes a Louder (stolen idea from the Sledge Hammer tv series).
As an "Louder" the shot becomes so loud, it will creates a Sonic Boom capable of breaking glass, deafening people for an entire scene and creating dizziness and vertigo as well has harm to people and object within 50 yds area around of the scion. As the scion moves to Demigodhood, the range of effects will increase to 100 yeards, then to 1000 yds at God levels.

I still need to flesh it in more detail however.

The other players as of right call his gun the "Boomgun". LOL. I nearly got the entire group killed when I first used it. They all took minor damages after soaks, but was still dizzy and Deaf for the scene with a ringing in their ears that the ST said that lasted for 1 day per dot of my character's Legend minus their character's Legend. Which sucked for them. I had Legend 3, they all had Legend 1. Second fight we got into, I ran ahead of the others, and used the gun again. This time the other PCs ran away outside of the effects just in time. We made short work of the Oni and ninjas.
Good thing my character had "Boys will be Boys" Knack :D lol

Nifty! My lazy ass would have just called it a 3-4 dot relic and mimicked Divine Threnody.

See my not good with things like that.
I create it how I envision it, they try to find the how and whats second.
I believe the ST had it down as a lvl 5 relic though.

Group asked to me to use the Donner Cover picture for my character later on. They felt it matched by theme well.

I did something similar once. It was a Four Dot Relic that appeared to be a shotgun.
(Three Dots = Legend to Strength, One Dot = Reduce Shockwave Knack by 1 Legend).

Naturally I obeyed all the rules for Shockwave, including using my strength attribute, but it looked like the gun was shooting massive shockwaves out of its muzzle.

So firearms don't stack up so well in the late game but has anyone given or gotten any relic explosives? Grenade pouches or bazookas seem like them might still pack a punch later on, at least through Demigod level. I'm working on a relic bazooka and I'll post it soon.

Bazookas and rocket launchers are dangerous because they do aoe damage and like 25-30 dice. Soakmasters wont care about that but those high DV people get smacked around. I dont add an epic to explosions, but the target, if hit, does take extra damage, if missed just standard explosive damage.

Even at Legend 8 rocket launchers make some of our heroes sweat. Others not so much.

On the same note Scion: Companion states unlimited ammunition is a one dot power but would that still hold true for a relic grenade launcher, rocket launcher or grenade bag?

Hand grenades are individual weapons, even if they are carried together, so no for them by the RAW.  As for grenade/rocket launchers, AFAIK it's unclear.  I probably wouldn't allow it just because I think it takes a lot of the personality out of one of them, but I suspect it wouldn't be especially unbalanced since the only real reason to not have an arbitrarily large number available at all times is weight/space, both of which are easily surmountable.
