WOD: Lands of the Dead

Seems that there will be another Wod/Geist Book. Lands of the Dead, more then likly slated for sometime early next year. Eddy mentioned it in the Pod Cast. Figured I would post it here for those that don't listen to the Pod cast

I've known about this book long before Geist was released. I think news about it came out shortly after Geist was announced, perhaps. A lot of us are really looking forward to it. A book detailing the Underworld and perhaps mentioning more on the Cthonians will be gobbled up by us eager fans.

I thought Eddy was just confusing it with Book of the Dead. If Lands of the Dead is indeed a different book, then that is interesting.

The reason I don't think so. Was his comment that the name was changed recently that makes me think it is a new book. Since DotB has been set since before Geist was released.

This is good news. While the first book is very comprehensive, and the second sounds cool, stopping a good storyline area like this at two books seemed like such a waste. Not even sure how you could judge the popularity of a storyline at two books (or one for that matter), especially with the amount of storylines which are being cut short. It is getting to the point that if the story doesn't really interest me, I don't even bother with it any more, figuring that there is almost a 65% chance the company isn't going to follow though and develop it anyway.

I suppose I get an A for listening comprehension and an F for happiness.

I like the title Book of the Dead moreso than any of the other tentative titles that preceded it.

For me it's always a Wodehousian situation where I am helping this girl put up some curtains, with her pressed in front of me and my wife happens to walk in.

So, when is this book supposed to hit the stores and/or be ready to order?
