My friends have made it a game to bring up different fetishes and sexual acts and ask me if I've participated in them.  To their credit, they think long and hard about asking because they know they'll get an honest answer, and when the answer is in the affirmative, the response is usually "..... okay."  And that's all.

Every now and then, when something truly out there comes up, I'll pipe in, "For the record, I've never done that."

The general consensus is that I have the most interesting sex life of anyone in my circle.

details would probably matter, but in general - I wouldn't stop loving that person, such change does not happen overnight. I'd like to think that the significant other wouldn't lie to me like that. Sexually that person would no longer be able to satisfy me. I don't really know what I'd do in real life though. I don't get over people easily. And it's the 21st century. I think we'd stay together, for some time at least, to see if it works. The mistrust would be the major issue though.

That lie and the hurt it would cause would be way too big to just let go. I don't think I could stay with them, not because of gender issues but because of the dishonesty and lack of trust.

I would say no. While I find them both to be wrong, there are people who would consider incest to be wrong while adultery to be no big deal.

Which, I think, is the bottom line- you have your belief, and I doubt anyone is going to shake that belief. Other people have their own beliefs, and I doubt just as strongly anything said here will shake them. Beyond offering the initial viewpoint....where's this thread supposed to go? I'm not sure what anyone can possibly accomplish by arguing religious beliefs- either you agree or you don't. No one's going to force anyone to adhere to their way of thinking on something this fundamental. Trying to debate it, frankly, is just likely to raise a lot of bitterness and ire on both sides.
