Teaparty Redux

Sure it's probably not needed, but the thread has been lost to the pages of time. But it is rather nice to have a thread where more shooting the breeze can happen without the goal being hijacked.

I'm still drinking my usual Nestea decaff tea.

It's morning for me here, so I just had a bowl of raisin bran and a glass of OJ.

I had potato/chicken/cheddar soup, with some toast (needed something filling, but didn't feel like eating a whole meal... didn't finish it, but will later...)

mmmmm...

Might have to make myself some cherry-cinammon tea, with lemon if I can find some...

Currently, I just woke up and it's too dang cold downstairs for me to take a shower just yet. Just put the heater on in there and hope it warms up soon. Have to bring some papers in at the Police Station here and stuff. ....I hate mornings. Especially COLD mornings. >_<

About to fix some Lady Grey tea soon as I can feel my hands again.

It's absolutely freezing outside. It's insane. I don't understand how my hubby can walk out there in a short sleeve shirt. ._.

We just finished most of the paperwork, but they need a print-out of his paychecks. Then everything will be sent off and we hope things go through alright.

I'm currently back at the house  ( since afterwards he has to go straight to work ) and drinking some Lady Grey tea. Have a couple left in the house, so we stopped by the store on the way back here.

On topic: I'm sitting here proofreading the latest chapter of my latest unpublished novel, not drinking anything but enjoying Isabelle's homemade cookies. Yum!

EDIT: And we're in the middle of a lightning storm, which makes anything you're doing (other than flying a kite) cooler.
