So everyone's all excited about new crunch and toys for their characters and whatnot.

But the subject of Glories is the Incarnae, and these figures have been around since the beginning. The shadow they cast over Exalted is long indeed, and people will surely be arriving to the book with hopes, expectations, and fears. So, what do you expect to see with regards to the Incarnae? What do you want or hope to see addressed? How do you think the revelations of the Most High will or should play out?

Tell me of your dreams, Exalted forum, and maybe we can spin some teaser magic in response.

I hope the maidens out of fate knowledge(stuff they are hinted at knowing) is attributed some source. I hope for details on gaia and lunas relationship. I wanna know why the maidens are so damed fatalistic (har hat) what's the deal with the GOD and how does a being of perfection develop such a massive flaw. I wanna know if Saturn will end the world. I wanna know if she has a choice. I wanna know to what degree any incarna do.

I expect to see in their stats the reasons for the errata you guys sneaked in there. I don't see you guys being allowed to do that unless it was critical to the way the Incarnae were presented.

I'd love to find out what the Incarna respectively think about the Primordial War and the Exalted in hindsight. Do they all still consider it justified? Do any of them regret having created the Exalted?

Interactions between Primordials and Incarna in prehistory are also something I'd like to see. How the Ebon Dragon, Isidoros, and the Lidless Eye would interact with the Maidens, the relation between the Shining Tyrant and the Unconquered Sun, just how many of the titans Luna managed to sleep with

I want to see the UCS as a shining golden hero who loves creation and has been betrayed by those he loved above all others. Glorious lord of the sun or broken tragic hero, I can take either.
I don't want to see him as a drunken frat-boy arsehole junkie.

I have similar feelings on the presentation of Venus. The rest I care considerably less about.

I for one think that the reason the US is addicted is to give up the games, he would have to give up the game and thus be defeated. Sorta forced by his original descion to partake.

Thats actually a hell of a trap. Primoridail cunning?

I want to see the Unconquered Sun as someone addicted to a game because he was a shining golden heor betrayed by the ones he loved. Not because he's a frat boy, but because he's a tragic hero, like his chosen.

I am very excited to have a few things addressed. First and foremost, I want to be able to sympathize with the Incarnae. Cuz right now I can't seem to. I feel like they really eff'd everything up, and there was no excuse. I mean, they rebelled against the Primordials because the gods were left to clean up the mess. The primordials were too busy playing GOD. They must have known something was up with the games. And yet, here we are now, with the 7 most powerful gods in all of creation not being able to take the time to say a few words to thier chosen when the take thier second breath. I mean, did the USC even know the Balorian Crusade happened? Has Luna done anything to help her Chosen find the lost castes? Did the Sidreals really have to make the decision about the Usurpation on thier own? I doubt it. I want there to be something that redeems them. Something that makes all this neglect excusable. Cuz I sure can't think of one.

Two, I wanna get in thier heads. When I RP the UCS, I don't want to play a character of the stern father or uncaring god. I want a personality. When a character meets Luna I want more than just one of her aspects, I wanna know what's going on behind the mask. And as far as the Maidens go. Less mystery, more what the heck is thier deal. I want to understand them. All of them. I wanna see how the Incarnae view the world.

Three. Charms. Not for my Solar, but the ones that make the Incarnae Badass. Prove to me they are the Rulers of Heaven. Show me.

On the Incarnae themselves I'm most interested in the Unconquered Sun's relationship is with the Dragon Kings.  I'd like to know he's feelings on his most devote servants as time went on.  I hope to see why he seemingly ignores their prayers and sacrifices.  What love/hate/shame he feels for the Dragon Kings in their current fallen state.  And any hope he has for their future.

I want to know what power Luna uses to appear before each of her Chosen following their Exaltion.

I want to know how much aid she might give a Chosen following their Exaltation. Not enough to take away all danger, surely, but does she make sure that each has a chance to survive the experience?

Does Luna know about the Cult of the Illuminated? If Jak is Pia's Solar Mate, Luna probably knew that -- and likely knew that Jak was nearby.

Luna took such a form that when Pia saw Jak, she mistook him for the silver-haired boy who kept her company and told her stories (and probably helped her keep her sanity). Luna intended for Jak to take Pia in? Perhaps she made sure that he found her?

Did Luna use magic to ease the scars that the gangrape would have inflicted on Pia's mind? If Luna knew about the Cult and their brainwashing, would she have repaired and strengthened Pia's psyche to the point that it could survive the stresses of the indoctrination?

Luna does not (generally) order her Exalted to do anything, but she does establish familial bonds with each of them. Does she attempt to get them to fufill certain tasks to further schemes and plans, as dutiful and loving children doing their parent a favor?

I want to know how deeply she changes her own nature. Does she really change her nature and personality, or does she simply assume a different mood and attitude conduice to the situation or the person she is interacting with?

We are all different things to different people. You don't need shapeshifting or soulshifting to become a gentle encourager for one child and a stern cryptic for another. It's not becoming something different, it's just showing the proper side of yourself.

Some Luna perspective on the lost Lunar Castes would be nice.  Thus far we don't have any solid information on why that happened, and it would be nice to finally know why.

I don't care what Luna thinks about the Lost Castes, except possible what she thinks of the No Moons stealing the priestliness from the Changing Moons.

In my Creation, there were only ever three Castes, and the Changing Moons are still the priests.

I want the Sun, Luna, and the Maidens to become popular characters with multiple uses and a fanbase, with the same kind of utility as Mnemon, the Roseblack, Peleps Deled, Tammuz, and the Mask of Winters.
