Hey guys, I just spent some thinking of some cruac rituals, was (and am) going to use these in a blood line I was dreaming up, but I also thought I would share these with crowd while I am at it.
Let me know what you think of them.

The Soliced heart
Crua'c 3
This ritual on completion anoints a small precious gem in blood.  The gem will then add the makers dots in Crua'c to resist fear frenzies.  The gem will last for a number of nights equal to the successes rolled.  The gem can be made permanent with the sacrifice of a willpower dot.

Velinias’s spite
Crua’c 5
Manipulation + occult + Cruac versus stamina + blood potency/primal urge
This ritual proved to be great use against the Uratha of both the forsaken and the Pure that the blood line entangled with in its proxie war against the werewolves.  It can also affect any creature that is capable of changing its shape.  This ritual stunts the shape changers ability to change forcing him into his natural form for the duration of the scene.  Even if that change came at the result a type of frenzy.  Note this doesn’t actually stop a death rage, it just forces the were wolf to retain his human form (and all its fraility’s) during that frenzy.  The ritual lasts for one scene.

Breath of the Maro
Cruac 4
In Lithuanian pagan lore Maro Deives was the goddess of black death, a women dressed in white that stoked fire on hills that where the smoke spread so did death.  This ritual embeds a area with mostly stagnant black smoke, strong winds may affect this smoke pushing in the direction of the winds.  Any being that is required to breath that happens to be caught with in the smoke begins coughing and choking immediately.  This is eventually fatal ( 2 bashing per  a turn) if the subject remains in the area.  Regardless of requiring the ability to breath, the smoke does a very good job of blocking sight, and hindering movement ( ½ speed) for any one but the ritual caster.  7 cubic feet is produced per success, the smoke lasts for one scene before the smoke begins to disperse.

The mark of Kovas
Cruac 1
The sorceror paints the subjects face  with his own vitae giving the subject extra success equal to what was rolled on this rituals activation cost  towards riding the wave during a frenzy the next time he attempts to ride the wave.

Trail of Vejopatis
Crua’c  4
This ritual gives the user a limited sort of flight, the sorcerer’s body literally becomes a almost indiscernible mist (this is not the same as Protean level 5 ability), this mist also summons great winds.  The sorcerer is then able to ride the winds allowing for a limited form of flight.  In this mist form he is able to control the direction of the wind traveling at up to three times his normal speed.  This ritual lasts 15mins per a success rolled.  At the end of which the sorcerer regains his normal form and if this is while he is off the ground he can and will fall.  This ritual due to the immense amount of concentration required drains one willpower per 15mins spent “riding the winds.”

I'd dump the "make it permanent" part from The Soliced Heart.

Velinias's Spite should probably be a Cruac 5 ritual as that's a pretty crazy effect there.

Breath and Mark are fine to me.

And I'd make Trail of Vejopatis a Level 4 ritual.

Point taken and thank you for your input.
