Online play by post games

I know you have been having problems with the time zone difference of Whitehaven-by-Night.  Does this mean that we have lost you?

Question:

I wonder how he deals with the timezone issue. I was in a mostly US game, and plots were impossible to get involved in, even when it was shoved into my face.

Heres an example : I went with another character to investigate a possible sabbat mass embrace. All is fine, then i have to leave as its late(but its still early in the US). While im gone, the other guy finishes up the investigation of the scene, and then goes back to court with his findings.

By the time i came back i was still at the scene, while there was a 5 page thread of the rest of the court talking about tracking down the sabbat and dealing with the problem.

Needless to say despite me being at the scene as part of the initial investigators, my character achieved absolutely nothing.

Blood sport, where do you live?

  My wife and I are CST.  We have players from the states and a few other countries as well, so yes the game runs slower than others, but everyone gets to stay involved. 

We're not against telling people to hold up so others can stay in the thread.

The game's purpose is to insure ALL of the players have fun, nit just those who can spam post the most.

i'm highly interested in playing in a DtF game anyone know of one that would be newbie friendly as far as oWoD goes?  (I know LaRP but don't know how to play table top)  thanks guys

Hey everyone, I am the Bishops Island by Night Gm.

Just to say we are recruiting players and will be adding a few other Owod systems in the future. Currently we have Camarilla and Indipendents available to play. Ghoul will be coming in a month or two. After that has been released I will start to work on Sabbat stuff and release that.

There are plans to add mage & werewolf how far away theese are I cant tell you.

We are recruiting players as well as Games Masters. Ideally I am looking for a games master team who can work together. The idea is that each Gm takes an area. (Camarilla, Sabbat, Mage, Werewolf etc) Details about that are on our website.

The forum address is correct above, However we do now have a sexy website to display game info. This is to make things easier to find and give more information about the setting.

Just as a note: The website may not look too busy however we use a system with "Public" areas and "Player forums" Player forums are hidden and are for private things between player and GM. Lots of stuff goes on in the Player forums. (Most things actually)

Hey Frost.
