If I remember correctly Antagonists has a chapter on building antagonists for your game. Hunter would work as well. Maybe something from Book of Spirits/Inferno like a spirit Ridden or Possessed childrens morning show host that torments any kids he can get his claws on. Their game system is genius IMO. I will be running a Esoterrorist game soon hopefully, and yeah the Book of URH is a good source for Hunter antagonists IMO as well.
