Wait, there are Lunars who buy the war form but don't bother to pick up moonsilver armor?
Moonsilver Super Heay Plate is pretty badass, all of that soak and hardness with 0 mobility penalty, heck yeah.
We are talking about a combat where you NEED to bring the creatures DV down in order to hit it. That combat is probably gonna be important enough that people in the party will be blowing legend. If they arent, you probably didnt need the army. This is a case where you would follow the Rule of Cool. Whatever you think is coolest is what happens.
Epic Dex. There is a difference between trying hard and being kinda dumb. Bringing that many mortals to a combat where you would need to get a targets dv down that far. The amount of fatebinding that would ensue at a high level game in that scenarion would be....painful .
Not every Epic Strength concept uses Epic
This statement would include army of police.
My point is that an army is pretty trivial to get for a Demi-God or a God when -5 DV just isn't enough.

They are all pretty easy. Friv covered most of them, but Time Stop isn't a problem. Give the caster a number of ticks with which to do as he pleases and nobody else can act. All attack the caster makes are both Undodgable and Unblockable, nothing any self respecting Exalt can't handle.
Although decent at hero, without followers this gets not so great later on.
There are lots of other ways to use this without followers later one, but it does actually provide a good reason to keep followers around past hero. It also provides a good reason for the ST to throw hordes of cannon fodder at the players

Generally when faced with an enemy that seems to be untouchable it would be advisable to retreat and do some research into who the enemy is and why that enemy is untouchale. Do research find its weaknesses and then come back later for the kill. Actually, standing and fighting through that is only advisable if you have some serious interest in actually
