I hadn't thought of that, those books are an excellent option for what you are potentially trying to do. In terms of their rating on the supernatural scale they aren't nearly at the level of a Werewolf, but they are still far more capable than an ordinary mortal.
Yeah, and if you are playing with other

  • Re: Signs of the moon release date?

I think I got that same email from Amazon, informing me of the later shipping date in December and telling me that unless I responded to their notification, the order would be cancelled. So I responded and approved the later shipping date. Hopefully it will actually be shipped then... Just out of curiousity, is there any particular reason why Signs

Yeah, there is one. Search the website or Google it - it is around here somewhere. I am think it is current up to Wolfsbane .

  • Re: Question about a werewolf merit

It sounds like to me that you need to have a chat with your ST about the fact that you don't like being kept in the dark about your PC's abilities. This is fair enough - I wouldn't like it either. I mean, I could spend those four Merit points on something I think would be more helpful rather than some vague reference to werewolves. I think

  • Re: Coked up Werewolf

One of the story threads in my Werewolf game featured a designer drug called Crimson. A rogue Chemic was manufacturing Crimson as a "combat drug" for werewolves by infusing Essence from an addiction-spirit into ice. It gave werewolves +1 Strength and +1 Stamina. However, it was (not surprisingly) extremely addictive, and werewolves suffered

According to Amazon.com, my pre-ordered copy of Signs of the Moon will ship on 14 December 2009. This is the second time the shipping dates have slipped for that book, so I am hoping that I get it before Christmas! In regards to Cowboy Hat's question on the purchasing his next werewolf book, I also agree that Blood of the Wolf is the best choice
To be honest I really wasn't over keen on the whole werewolf aspect to Shadows of the UK. I really liked some of the more silent hill type stuff they had going on in it but it just didn't sit comfortably with me. Can't really put my finger on it as to why.
Actually, I was more interested in what

  • Re: Lack of Newbie Werewolf Fans?
What you're missing is that werewolves care about their territory , not necessarily the people in it. A werewolf pack is concerned with keeping spirits in the Shadow, fleshies in the physical world, and generating resonance that they want their territory to have. If that sometimes looks like being "good"
