Well actually you can get striking looks as a internal trait. That is reshaping the body as well. Given you are still the same gender, but you now look like a supermodel instead of a normal human being. That is also with actual bonuses. Changing gender does not give out bonuses so I really don't see the problem the ST is having at all about this

My suggestion with Zeev is to get dogs of war. It will help you with the morality option. Unlike Zeev though I believe that ripping out a soul is not a sin to mere mortals. I would think it counts as grand theft at the worst if it is. You should spend a willpower dot though.

I don't know what is going on my home page, but for some reason I lost my friends activity box and my comments box. Every thing else is intact. I am using the latest firefox as my browser. So how should I fix this problem?

That leaves a question on how you would change morality though. Still thinking on mine, but I can assure you that my morality won't be so damning as the one in the book.

Oh yeah I had some one test it out. While he can kill off minions with reckless abandonment he still got owned by heroic npc that is clearly at the players level.
