Silver Chimera (Attribute): I really wouldn't make this a General Charm. That seems needlessly cumbersome and surcharge-y. Just make it an upgrade to Relentless Lunar Fury without picking and choosing specific Attributes. The utility of the Charm is also fairly clear and it should probably live at Essence 5 or 6, but there might not be enough extant
So, as written, if an attack is unblockable, then you can't use a perfect parry against it, right?
If the parry is perfect but does not block the unblockable, yes.
So they've basically taken the 'even if the attack cannot be blocked' part out from Heavenly Guardian

1) Attacks with style weapons are considered unarmed attacks for the purposes of the style's Charms. So, yes, this benefit does extend to the use of chakrams. 2) Check the end of the description for Step 8 on page 150 of the corebook.

The basic nature of the Sun's holiness is that his wrath is ten times greater against those that he hates. His hating you isn't really an attack, it's an empowerment of Charms that target those he hates. Some things, like mutation and Terrible Sun King Condemnation can mark you for his hatred, and that is an attack that can be dealt with
But with the Luna book saying that Gaia took herself out of Creation leaving only her Jouten behind I am wondering if this explanation of the Dragon's origin is still valid.
Hmm, I'm afraid I don't really see your point. Could you maybe give me an example or two to look at?
Thousandfold Typhoon Hand immediately leaps to mind, because it simultaneously demonstrates the nuanced effect produced by a given specific Charm rather than a generalized, constant perfection,
I see where you're coming from, but I personal disagree. I see it as being similar to the conversion of Ability-specific dice adders in 1e just getting converted into the generic Excellencies in 2e: if it's a general effect that can be applied to any Ability, it makes a pretty good deal of sense as a

The stipulation is right there in the Dash action.

There's a quote in the Core somewhere that says, "While dashing you cannot parry."
Well if that's true that's just straight up dumb. If I can parry shuriken out of the air while backflipping with my surfboard

Excellencies are basic General Charms that live at the bottom of an Exalt's trees. These are General Charms. Unconquered (Ability) Champion: Generally, perfectly succeeding at actions isn't an Essence 6 effect, even as a General Charm. It's also not a particularly good place to go, because the specifics of a perfected technique are better
I can not disagree more, if only because such positions presumes that 1st Edition information is a.) known to all players of Exalted, b.) easily accessible to new players.
Whether you agree or not, the presumption is there in the published material. There is also c) the information is not meaningfully necessary
