On the subject of supplementing flurries. A charm that supplements (one flurry) and is supllemental is valid. It needn't be activated for each attack in the flurry, UNLESS it is combo-ed with an extra action charm in which case it becomes cost prohibitive, if it is your intention to design such a charm to be of limited to low utility when combined
