Lestat isn't a Draugr. He's definitely a low humanity Vampire but not a Draugr. You can be a ruthless killer and stay at around humanity three to one.
Yeah losing that last humanity point is pretty out of the ordinary, what I mean is someone would have to be going out of there way just to prove how evil

Yeah I think it would be good to have a tool box book for powers above five, and putting it all in one book would be nice... or even pdf if WW didn't want to risk potential loss in sales from people not buying it because they only want the WTF part or the VTR part. As for people being worried that the powers would be disgusting and game breaking

I know this isn't what your asking exactly but this is my 2 cents. Promethean the created, It has a great mold for 1 player games. It would be able to have a believable begining, middle and end, seeing as it has the whole either turn into a human or become a true monster.
But, what annoys me the most is the fact that this is all they know! They have no idea who or what Anne Rice or Dracula is, apart from a woman and "wasn't that some other vampire dude? Yeah, I saw the movie". I fear that Twilight has now redefined vampirism, gentlemen (and ladies). I fear that in the future
Stephen King makes sense.
I could argue this alot... but I don't want to hijack a thread that was made because of another thread being hijacked. I will leave you with this thought, Stephen King's ending's to most of his books... (eg IT, Pet Semetary, The Stand, Long Walk, Running Man, Cell I love
What about a discipine that allows Kindred to manipulate plants? (like creating man eating plants or something...)
In the Ghouls supplement there's rules for making plant ghouls.
But the only person who is mean to her, ignores her and insults her is the one she falls in love with and obsesses over. Second book, he leaves her, she moves on with her life, he comes back and she dumps her boyfriend to be with him again. And after the second book it just gets worse. I don't have any problems
