This winter looks like it will be a rough one for me also. I deal with a seasonal version of what Jim described, this year it started earlier than usual, most likely because of the stress brought on by being unemployed and having to move next weekend. And today I got a rejection letter from my most recent job interview, making a day that was bearable

BTW I'm not against the idea of marriage, I am against the idea that people should do it while they are young. I actually do believe it's a serious vow and am appalled at the divorce rates here in the US. It's glaring proof that people don't make good decisions about the value of their promises. Or the people they pledge their lives

You still aren't divorced, though. It also takes some substantive reasons to get an anullment, my mother got one from my father years ago, never married my stepfather in a religious ceremony, so is free to get married in a religious ceremony in the future. Lot of hoops to jump through for no good reason if you ask me.

I like Dan Savage, basd on his apearances on Real Time. I think he's an excellent spokesman for gay rights issues. He reminds me of my stepbrother (who is also gay) and for me that's a good thing. Spirits don't lose Essence to aggravated damage. The type of damage only affects how long before a spirit fully restores its Corpus (as mentioned earlier.)
