    Yep. The frenzy was triggered by Hunger, but isn't ended by a lack of hunger. You light a long string of firecrackers; the they don't go out because you blow out the match; they run their course.

Two methods: Make other disciplines more expensive. (4x) Make clan disciplines less expensive. (8x) I prefer the former. It would also have the effect of making them a bit
