My first taste of nWoD, I ran a game that had my players and I frightened to go out that night. It was a blend of storytelling, environment, and ambience. Yeah, it's interesting to see the similarities. If they did draw upon the World of Darkness I could see why, it's a fabulous setting. That is why the show stuck out for me. Actually, SunlessNick suggested it. It was a good idea, and I too have a morbid fascination with serial killers. When I have some more time I'll post some of my ideas.

You might want to increase the "spooky" factor as well and try and instill some dread. I would say trying to give them an antagonist they cannot shoot at (they could, but it would be ineffective.) You could try the spirits as mentioned before, or even Vampires and Werewolves. Attempt to increase a sense of dread by giving the impression that

Eeek, scary. How do you defeat (survive) such a powerful being? My only clue is have a chatacter with Allies 5 (Godzilla.) I love the idea though, I have always had a sense of dread for beings such as this. Good luck Hunters!

I'd like to read about some of the glory and hell that has been imbued into your characters. I'd like to hear their triumphs and there down falls. The greatest thing they have done, and the worse thing that has befallen upon them. I does not have to be strictly physical in nature, it could be a political manuever they've done that some how
