stuff
Best argument I've seen for something I and quite a few others have been saying for a long time.

  • Re: Willpower as the god-stat of Social Combat - fixes?

Personally, I think the only problem with Willpower's use in Social Combat is its use as Health Levels combined with having a willpower cost be a basic prerequisite for UMI. It's like if the physical combat charmset was dominated by charms that cost health levels.

  • Re: Unnatural Mental Influence: What it is and what it isn't

It's particularly infuriating when your ST uses it as an excuse to make everything your social character tries to convince people of automatically fails (NMI 2 wp and done, because he wouldn't let stunting to change the course of the conversation work toward the original objective, and we never GOT multiple scenes to work with) and everyone

  • Malfeas at Sea

Would the Imperfection of the Demon City work aboard ships? I'd expect not aboard dinghies and such, but what of vessels designed for the crew to live and sleep aboard? Though they're not fixed places, they seem to qualify as inhabited areas. Of course, an intrepid sailor relying on Ablation of Brass and Fire would have to make damned sure they

  • Re: Infernals storming Heaven?

Don't forget that a single Sidereal akuma who knows the charm can teach it to all 10 Fiends, so the plan doesn't need an absurd amount of Sidereal akuma. Though it does require getting all the fiends to take Sail up to 4 (not that big a deal for a Fiend) and spend the XP for both that and its prerequisite, though both are pretty useful if you
I find the suggestion of what SWLiHN believes to be terrible. My understanding is that, right from the very beginning, the Yozi have been set up to encourage players to solve the problem by killing them -- so they can turn into Neverborn and make the players regret their actions later. • Re: Essence Created Weapons and Dice Pool Limits

Besides, there are Charms that explicitly alter dice caps anyway, so I don't see a problem with ones that do it slightly less explicitly.

Wow, so many ideas in the thread already... One possibility I've pondered that makes the Fallen Stars Memorial at least partly true without suggesting a universal Ravnos Effect is an Incarna whose Exalts were insane to begin with. Obviously, nothing following this is remotely canon. I postulate that Selene, the Constant Moon, was once the wife of
