Isnt that what Sam is in Supernatural (if you watch the tv show)?
Also, no: Sam isn't Lucifuge. It's not about his DNA, it's about blood that was fed him when he was a child. The themes they explore with him on the show are all very similar to the themes you explore as a Lucifuge character, though

tl;dr Sorry if I didn't get into the nuances of all this, but, yes, all these templates (with the exception of Lucifuge, who really don't fit in this list) are incredibly similar in the 'when are you guys going to come up with something truly original?' way, but also still very interesting when taken individually. It isn't bad writing

Spirit Slayers details how to handle Hunter Endowments as they relate to Supernatural Templates. To the question of whether they keep them or not, the answer is some do, some don't, it's really up to the ST. In most cases TF:V agents would lose their gear, since the chip wouldn't register them as human anymore... except when they don't

They're all overpriced. Unless you're happy with one of each potion per story, the pxp cost of additional potions gets really expensive really quick. My first piece of advice for making an AO is to not build the character around it's endowments like you would certain other Conspiracies (MM, Lucifuge, etc), but instead make sure your character

I just wanted to pitch my two cents in here on the gay marriage thing. Ophid makes some good points about domestic partnerships not being treated the same as marriages, and that having some color to add to the Civil Union discussion. IMO, the issue isn't that domestic partnerships or civil unions or any non-marital romantic partnership between two

About damn time someone really, really stuck it to the Scientologists.

Okay, I'll buy that. Without getting too philosophical I also believe in a Creator, I'm cool with using the words 'God' to describe him and 'Jesus' to describe his son on earth, and agree that more than likely this Creator had something very important to do with well, making stuff. If that means I'm in agreement with the

At the risk of completely derailing this thread, and kind of stepping back from the previous discussion/argument... what do you mean by you're not being a literal creationist but, if I'm reading this correctly, but do, actually, believe it happened that way. At a bare reading of that sentence, it seems a direct contradiction. For the record
Although Mordwyr claiming that Odin is an incarnation of Jesus is almost as hilarious.
It's a good one, I won't lie, but I must admit I get more chuckles out of Creationism than some of Mord's wonkier claims. I've had several lengthy conversations with Catholic priests about many of the subjects
Syncretism is nothing to be ashamed of.
It's also complete crap. You don't just get to ignore history because it is inconvenient.
All truth is God's truth, so Odin or the Corn God reflect the truths of the sacrifice of Christ.
The problem is, that's all just
