Well to start you should go with a Dawn Caste over Zenith Caste because of the fact that while Zenith are nice Dawns are just plain old better at the whole War thing. There is a Mother's Touch Variant that allows you to heal your own wounds so long as you can reach them with your tongue. I forget the name but it was a Werebear gift that CoG learned and was Lvl 1 to boot. I'll look it up and post it when I get the chance
