• Re: Killing Your Fellow Man: Tips and Tricks to Murder Those Around You (Slasher)
Let's not forget the Matchmaker! And his mannequins. Can't forget them.
True. This may be more of a legend or an avenger, I suppose his MO works for anyone. I didn't mention him because his MO is more of body disposal than killing, but I suppose it works fine.

  • Re: Hypnosis in Hunter?

You could also buy night stalkers (I believe). In it, there is an endowment for the Cheiron group called evil eye, and it allows you to take one dread power, one of which is hypnotize. You only have rank 1, and it costs a lot of xp to level it up, but it works on anyone you make eye contact with. Just make sure to wear shades; missing eyeballs are very

  • Re: Anybody know if there is anything new on the horizon for Hunter?

Carnage, I used to think just like that; even considering a Slasher to be a larger threat than a changeling (strong as they are, they share a common weakness; bullets. The slasher has natural advantages, like brute force, or extreme intellect, or being a player. The changeling has some magic, which isn't useless, but it's nothing a few bullets

Two killers I know of are; 1) SKX from condemned 1 and 2. His MO was to kill serial killers using their own MO. An interesting idea to a maniac, relishing in the irony of the situation, not so much a genius though, seeing as he prefers traps and elaboration over irony. 2) The Torturer (from condemned 1). His MO was to torture people until they commit

  • Re: Combining Conspiracies?

True, but an armistice is a long way from an alliance. For example, the US is at peace with nations like Iran and N.Korea, but we are far from allies with them. Also, the Knights go to great lengths to keep those Gospels a secret for that very reason. It would be hard for a member of another group to find out about them and the Knights not ordering

  • Re: Combining Conspiracies?
Lucifuge, Malleus Maleficarum (sp?) and The Knights of Saint George could definitely be merged into one large conspiracy with some modifications, but for the purposes of my future story, I won't really use those conspiracies as much, so will probably leave them separate.
I doubt that. The Malleus and the

  • Re: Could a slasher be used in a regular game?

Thanks for all the help. I've tried it out during a game me and my friends played today, and it actually worked out nice. My slasher's MO is that he wants to be the best murderer, and he thinks that to do that, he needs to kill any killers he can in a fair fight. So, he duels anything from vampires, to slashers, to soldiers, and fights them

  • Re: Ashwood Abbey Hate

Pardon my just getting into this debate, but it seems like you guys are taking it a little too far. The legal definition of rape doesn't really change if the character is acting likable enough. The AA (I can't get over the irony of AA being the Abby, and Alcoholics Anonymous) characters could all also be pathological liars, giant pricks, and

  • Could a slasher be used in a regular game?

I've been debating this for a while, and I want to ask; could one of the players in a normal game of H:tV be a slasher, but still play along with everybody else? I realize that it would be kinda hard to have the slasher kill people, hunt the supernatural, and stay somewhat out of the police's interests, but if the ST (me) could have the slasher

  • Re: Teleinformatics and VASCU

@Boogaleeboo I kinda fail at writing today. What I meant was they don't want their real selves exposed (those things you listed in the last paragraph), and the more SWAT raids that turn up nothing there are, the more questions get asked, then closer someone comes to the truth. They are by no means attempting to conceal themselves like every other
