Just lovely post. Since I'm making some henchmen for myself now, I'm gonna use it. I mean the whole system base can be used even for allies, etc. Even "fully-fleshed" ones. The same approach can be adapted to Social Combat and other activities you want certain special NPCs to do. Thanks!

I like AnubisXy's suggestions. I feel the only real "must" there is Oadenol's Codex (The basics of Magical Stuff). However, after reading the Exalted Core. I suggest you get an idea of how you want your game to be run. Get something for the setting, theme, and antagonists. Setting: a Terrestrial Direction (+ the optional Celestial

That's the plan actually. It's probably not as simple as it's made to sound but yes, I think it's an absolutely grand way to take away the threats in the West. It involves a good mixture of politics, stealth, and brute force. I agree however that the Exalts are the tipping point. Things are just ready to be tapped but someone has to

I think there's an artifact there somewhere that anchors a shadowland. I can't remember what book as I can't access the books now. You can use that as a basis. Also, more apt for the Lintha seems to be the Infernal Charm (or was it Spell) that makes a place become a part of / mimic Malfeas. There they could use Demonic or Infernal Charms

Realizing that, the valorous methods of his companion work well towards his own motivation he raised his Valor to match hers. They now have a shared passion / activity but their Motivations

I agree on the Deathlords as the dead ones who became as gods. The one after that (and gods fall to become as the dead) I always thought that the gods of Yu-Shan were being corrupted both by the Ebon Dragon and the Neverborn (like Whose Whispers Chain). The Fire in the South? I thought it could be either Gem blowing up. All them volcanoes going boom

I'm thinking they'd be indecisive. In the end they'd ask Dukantha.

The Silver Price got occupied with a new pet project. It appears he's found a way to extend the Shadowlands much farther south when his battle begins. So he's delayed that a bit. Also, the Lintha are making asses of themselves all over the place. The Circle is looking for a way to build a fleet in time. Yes, they do plan to make those islands

The latest Chambers of Love in the Blogs features the North. And a lovely introduction comic (unlettered however).
