For instance assume this Dex = 2 Ess = 5 Ath = 5 Dash action is Dex +6 - Pen Dash would be 8... uninjured of course Take the charm Lightning Speed (Ath charm pg 224 core book) Dash would be 13 rasied by 5 by the charm which is more than half.... or would
