Terrestrial has always been the South (partial to desert settings), though I've always wanted to run a game in the West (ships and pirates are aces!) Celestial Yu-shan is probably the top one for me, with the Wyld trailing behind it in close 2nd.

I don't see the need of a book for it. Personally never found where any Exalted group has come up with the same, or near even, idea of how to blend Exalted into our modern world.
